Edit Division Schedules (Division_Bucket_Changes.aspx/.cs)
The work continues to go slow on this page. AddNew is having problems with DivisionBuckets_GetNumericDOT (really theLocator.DateToDOT) sometimes returning an index that is too big for the array so it errors out. When the number is within bounds and it returns a DayOfTraining (DOT) DivisionBuckets_GetDivBucketGroupID then fails to find the BucketGrouop for the Division/Course/DOT - GRRRRRRRRRRR. This page is NEVER ENDING!
